Game crashes in certain locations at a specific time

So, not the first time I come across this, and it makes me angry.

Game crashes in certain places at regular intervals, it also depends on my direct location.

• The First time it started to crash when I was during the quest "The Mind of Madness". Starting from the Pelagius Wing to The Mind of a Madman the game crashed through gaps, and it was impossible to finish the quest. I passed it through the console and didn't meet any troubles until the next one...
• The Second time it was during the quest "Diplomatic Immunity", in the Thalmor Embassy. Game crashed like the first time until I get to the courtyard. As soon as I walked closer to the building, where I had to go next, how the game stopped crashing. I managed to pass this quest properly.
• The Third time was now, during the quest "No one Escapes Cidhna Mine". Game started crashing as soon as I got to the Mine location. Crashing decreased when I ran from one prisoner to another, but tnen resumed closer to the exit. Wnen I go to Markarth, game still crashes, I cannot escape from this.

I don't know, why and in which locations it happens, but I don't want to meet with this one more time. Maybe it is due to inventory, because in all these quests it is greatly affected, but how i can fix it? Please help... :wacko:
