LE [AC4] Duncan Walpole armor (starting armor) mod

I know, I know- not Skyrim request, but I couldn't find a place where I could ask for an AC4 mod. Not sure how moddable Assasins Creed games are, I've seen som armor mods, but they're very rare. What I'm looking for is a mod that lets the Duncan Walpole (starting armor) be equipped again. I take it the outfit fully exists in-game so a texture mod or a mod that replaces something like the Governor's outfit with the starting armor would do the job perfectly.
