Ground Textures Missing Inside Diamond City

i've just noticed the ground textures inside Diamond City are missing and I can just see areas of white light with reflections of nearby buildings. has anyone else experienced this and, if so, did they find a way to bring the original textures back?

You can always try:

• Remove all of your textures mods one by one and check the game after every uninstallation
• Let Steam verify your game files

Issues like this most of the time mean one of two things:

1. Missing mesh file
2. Invisible / Fully transparent textures
