Flame132
Simply put my game crashes the instant I leave the in game menu. The mod list is as follows: https://modwat.ch/u/Lord%20Cruaver/plugins I would appreciate any help that could be offered. As a note, I know that it is menu related because when I used skyrim souls to prevent menu freezing it instantly crashed as opposed to waiting till after I left. Update: I have added some UFO addons that are required for the DLCs. I doubt this is relevant but it does change the list slightly. Thus I updated the list.Update 2: I have isolated the problem and determined it was CoT, which may have not been installed properly. It has since been fixed. Grospolina
Have you tried disabling your UI stuff to see if that's the problem? You have Customizable UI Replacer, which has quite a few requirements. I notice that you're missing Widget Mod and possibly Less Intrusive HUD II - FISS Patch (not sure if you merged it with the main mod). As well, a few other points:In Skyrim.ini, set uGridsToLoad=5. Right now it's incorrect. It can't be an even number, and your uExterior Cell Buffer doesn't correspond.Relighting Skyrim is not compatible with Realistic Lighting Overhaul. No I have not tried removing those <5 minutes later…> yes I tested the game without them and it still crashed. The widget mod is not needed, it's an optional for the UI replacer which I do not have set.On the other points:Done, thanks I would have never known as I never messed with that setting if I am remembering right making it default. And I was not aware they were not compatible, which would be the most likely cause of my crashes. <After testing…> Sadly I still crash, since I use alternative start I wouldn't actually be crashing from the relighting skyrim mod. Thanks for trying. Flame132
It's sad that the title of this was a mistake and I can't change it. Which makes it less like for people to check it.
Grospolina
It looks like you have a lot of unmanaged mods. Did you switch to Mod Organizer while leaving some mods installed? It's best to clean it up so that only the vanilla content is unmanaged. That way, the actual Skyrim Data directory will be mostly untouched (except for SKSE and maybe ENB/ENBoost). Also, you can control your mod order better. The easiest way would be to reinstall the unmanaged mods. If any of them were installed with NMM, then it's best to uninstall them there first. An alternative would be to create a folder for each mod in your Mod Organizer\mods directory and then move the files there. You'll have to know which files go where though. After that's all cleaned up, then you can look around for orphaned files (leftover files that don't belong to any mod that's installed). You could follow the guide Make Skyrim Vanilla Again, but just be careful not to delete MO (Mopy directory). Also when it's clean, you can easily disable mods to test and isolate the problem. If you don't want to spend all that time, then it might be caused by menu files conflicting with SkyUI. Look in Skyrim\Data\Interface and see if there are any .swf files there. With the latest SkyUI, all of these files are packed into the SkyUI.bsa, so there shouldn't be any here. If there are, then they're either from an old version of SkyUI, or from another mod that could be causing a problem. Back them up and them delete them from Interface and then see if that helps. Plus you still have to touch the skyrim directory to clean the files before modding, otherwise you have potential errors. Since I already tested non-MO run skyrim I can be fairly confident in knowing it's not their fault but rather a fault of the other mods. By taking a page out of my "How to stop crashes on modded minecraft" to disable sections of mods to determine where the errors are. It'll take longer, but eventually I'll find out what the problem is.
