Breaking the siege of Kvatch Oblivion crash problem.

Hello everyone. I have a problem with mission "Breaking The Siege Of Kvatch". Everytime i wanna enter the castle gate area, the game crashes, also when i wanna enter the area where are kvatch soilders are waiting for me to open a gate. Am using mods, i tried to enter area without using mods but game crashes on startup. Am using Mod Manager for mods, and LOOT for sorting. These two areas are only areas that are crash for me, so when i try to leave a Kvatch city it does without crash.I know i can play without finishing this mission but i want to finish this quest.. (Sry for my bad English). And yeah i have edited oblivion.ini file. And if you dont understand what am talking i gonna record a video.
