I've been messing around with the monster_base_abl and monster_base_abl_new folders to try to get a better understanding of things. However, its proving difficult. I've had some success with editing the values but I'm still getting some inconsistent results. My end goal is to delevel all monsters and have only there base stats be used. A good start would be to figure out what values represent base damage/health and which ones control leveled scaling. Any advice on how to work with these files would be appreciated.
