Haukaido
I already asked this question at the mod page but I figured it would be better if I seek help here since the mod author is probably busyI'm using this mod https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/15466/?My first question I'm trying to create a nuclear winter wasteland in my fallout (to make it feel more like metro) and I'm wondering if anyone knows how I can increase the rad damage during blizzards/radsorms with FO4Edit I'm using the vivid weathers winter plugin , although it looks amazing it basically deals no rad damage. I want to make it so that the average storms and fog deal 8rads/s , the glowing sea deals 24rads/s and lightning strikes deal 48rads/s My second questionI'm also wondering if it's safe to change the sunset/sunrise hours to make it more realisticIn FO4Edit the winter plugin has its sunrise hours set between 5am and 9 am and the sunset hours set between 5pm and 9pmit is safe to change the sunset to this?*Begin : 3.30 pm *End : 7.30 pm________________________EDIT_______________________Ok , I think I have found the answer to my first question and now i feel like an idiot xDI kept scrolling around the FO4Edit until I realized that weather rad damage is determined by the main Spell magnitude and different weather forecasts only multiply that main damage. (I think)So , I went over to the Spell tab under Vivid Weathers _ FO4.esp , opened the Spell tab and simply changed the Magnitude of both 'Radiation Storm' and 'Glowing Sea Radiation'I hope this works____________________EDIT_____________________YES IT WORKS Edited December 11, 2017 by MrPandaz
WafflyNimb
Thank you! This was really helpful. I created a little patch for myself to make the radiation effects 5 times more deadly and it works! Now I get +7 Rads even using Rad-X and +35 Rads whenever a lightning strikes because I WANT to suffer :D
