Rune Spell that Summons X Creatures

Trying to make a "Rune" spell that instead of exploding and damaging actor values, it summons X number of skeletons immediately when triggered, that will attack enemies for Y seconds.

 

 

I am having trouble figuring out how to do this. I have the skeleton actor set up, the magic effect for the spell, the spell itself, but I just can't figure out how to make the spell "summon" 3 of the actors that I made when the rune is triggered by an enemy coming near.

 

 

Speaking of which, I have also wanted to make it so that Twin Souls will let you either A) summon two atronachs with a single cast or B) allow a maximum of two atronachs but only one is summoned at a time, while at the same time only allowing one reanimated undead for the player. The idea is that I want to more cleanly define atromancy and necromancy, so atronachs feel disposable while reanimated undead feel more like companions, with unique perks and abilities in the perk that give you some synergy with a reanimated minion. But I could not seem to find a way to increase the number of allowed actors that can be summoned without increasing that number for ALL actor types and not just for say atronachs or undead.

 

Any help?
