They're boring, tips are meh, etc. Could someone make a mod perhaps out of this one http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/downloads/file.php?id=7869 Which is based off another one, etc. That simply has those pictures or perhaps other sexy ones or cool ones, or whatever, that replaces all the loading screens? All I know is they use some simple models that are unique for the loading screen. You could just ... open the CK and alter the loading screen objects to use different random static objects. Alternatively make some boxes with one big side, and put some picture textures on that with gimp and nifscope or whatever else... There's a way to disable that smoke stuff too I believe if you do a search. Either player submitted or MOD author uploaded.. Shots with ENB included so you get a nice bloom and saturation etc.. Im sure photos could be edited in photoshop too.. Thus, slapping a picture on a big flat box model and getting it in there is all that's required. The extreme basics of modeling and retexturing. As in, anyone could do it if they set aside a few hours to work it out for the first time. There are tons of tutorials on all steps involved. Any more would just be retexturing your original, with no crazy texture effects. So, probably less than 10 minutes each after the first one. Somebody want a relatively easy high download mod under their belt? Go do some new loadscreen packs. Can't say I feel motivated about it myself though.
