For a loong time now, for Oblivion, and now for Skyrim I have been hoping to one day stumble upon a great mod that would add spells, or anything of the sort to allow you to physically transform yourself into any creature in Skyrim. i.e Sabre cat, Mammoth, Giant, Spider, Trolls, Dragon Priest, rabbit, Fox, Elk. Anything. Any animal/creature that would work and add a nice bit of shapeshifting fun to Skyrim.
