Niborino9409
It works with NMM. I launch it from there. But works both ways I think, like you can start it either through NMM or directly from the executable. Edit: yup, just tried starting the executable and it worked. Niborino9409
What? Delete? I've never had LOOT delete anything. It has never said that for me.
yukikemai
TES5Edit found 94 ITM records, 40 deleted references and 1 deleted navmesh. A cleaning guide is available here thats what it says underneath it
Niborino9409
Ah, I haven't been paying attention when running loot  That's nothing you need to worry about, that's what the mod maker/Bethesda has made/edited in that particular mod/esm. It doesn't mean that LOOT destroys anything in the mod. LOOT doesn't edit the mods like that, just reorders them. Grospolina
While true, there's a reason that it's a warning. It said it found 94 "Identical to Master" records, 40 deleted references and 1 deleted navmesh. It's advising you to clean the mod to get rid of these with TES5Edit and to refer to the linked guide. Check out Gopher's excellent videos on Cleaning Masters and Cleaning Mods. Cleaning mods can help prevent bugs and conflicts. However, be careful not to clean a mod if the author tells you not to. wfandrews
Best practice is to only clean ITMs from your Update.esm and the three DLCs plus the UDRs of course. LOOT can only recognize that there are ITMs in that file and can not tell if those ITMs are necessary for that mod to function properly. Unless the mod author tells you otherwise you should clean UDRs from a file.
