Iv've been trying for daaaays to get the animations i SR (romance) to work, and i believe a have tried every single thing i could find online to fix it! (including removing everything and reinstalling it.. twice)So now, i come to you, begging on my knees... will someone please help? This Mod i so f**** great, and i don't wanna miss out :-) Here's my papyrus log, what FNIS says, and my load order.I use mod organizer, so for some reason i can't move around the top most mods... you guys know why btw? Thank you in advance! /Marie
Grospolina
Everything you posted looks to be correct, especially the FNIS log.I take it that you checked both the guide and the video? Is SexLab set up properly? What's the exact problem that you get?To answer your question, you can't move the top two mods because they're the Skyrim main files and should never be moved. Also, ESM files (in italics) always come before ESP files. I do notice that you don't have USLEEP. It's not a requirement for this mod, but it's something that everyone should install, because Skyrim has thousands of bugs and USLEEP helps fix a ton of them. Also, the light bulb icons show that you haven't cleaned your mods. It probably won't help with your problem, but it's a good idea to do so. Check out Gopher's excellent videos on Cleaning Masters and Cleaning Mods. Cleaning mods can help prevent bugs and conflicts. However, be careful not to clean a mod if the author tells you not to. Nevlaithiel
Hi, Yes, i did :-)- Sexlab runs just fine with other mods using the framework, only romance seems to be failing. I'll install USLEEP right away. Did have it before, but as I reinstalled the entire thing, I must have overlooked it. The problem is that when i enter a conversation with animations in the romance mods, i get the sounds and the comments, but my character and Bishop just stands there. I read the log myself, and i could see that it ends with "VM is freezing, then, VM is frozen. Do you know what that means? I read somewhere ells that something is either missing or broken, most probably with XPMSE, but how to know what is wrong then?? I'll try the cleaning as well, it wouldn't hurt, even if it doesn't fix the animations. :-)TY Edited December 13, 2017 by Nevlaithiel
Grospolina
VM freezing is completely normal and is just what happens when you save the game. If some SexLab animations are working, then you could try this:In game, go to the mod configuration menu for SexLab.Select "Rebuild & Clean"Scroll down and check the System Requirements.Beside "Clean System", click "CLICK HERE".Exit the menu and wait for the messages. Also, I just noticed in your FNIS log that you don't actually have any gender-specific directories, so you can uncheck "GENDER Specific Animations". Nevlaithiel
I see... I have this idea, that the animations from Skyrim romance are not all registrered, or read, by either FNIS or SL. Is there any way to simply pop them in to a folder manually, that might make it work? Just, working around the problem, so to speak? Did the Rebuild and Clean thing a couple of times, didn't make a difference. I'm pretty sure that i read somewhere it must be checked to run romance, but i'll try without and see what happens :-) Who knows...
