He removed them from the Nexus because too many people were asking stupid questions he answered in the official documentation, and got tired of it. They're still damn good mods. The only reason I don't have the mods installed right now is because I'm working on my own mod that will rebalance the combat in a way similar to his, but not exactly (because of the massive amounts of other changes being made).
