Problems with Apachii & a few others

Hello,i recently started to add mods to Skyrim and for the most part it works quite ok,however i have a few issue with some mods that i was really hoping they would work, such as :

 

1. Apachii SkyHair

2. My type Face

 

And other similar mods,whenever i try and install them via manually or with the mod manager it works ok,and it does display the message that they were installed corectly,however has no effect in game at all. I want to point out that i did enable the plugins at the mod manager but when i try to start Skyrim using the "Launch Custom Skyrim" it sais something like "Failed to activate ApachiiHair.esm" The system cannot find the specific file,even though it is in the directory.

 

Any tips on how to fix this issue if its posible ? Thank you in advance.
