I'd like to point out that Skyrim was previously working on this flawlessly with nearly three times the amount of mods installed, and that all of these mods were installed as well; I only reinstalled because I made a mistake attempting to use Aeon ENB, which looked fantastic minus it blurring all the NPC's upon approach. This does seem to cause a CTD despite having Safety Load, Crash Fixes, and SKSE memory patch installed.
