reaction to sneak kill

anyone is working on this or know a mod that do good on this metter ?

i tried vanilla and PN

but im both i feel npc like sitting ducks

 

if you use a supressed gun ,maybe the enimies will no hear the explosion of the gun but will hear for sure the bullet flying ,the corpse falling and by the way that the corpse fall have a good idea from the direction where the bullet came from.

 

possible reactions hide or run as crazy to kill the sniper bastard
