I created a mod and a few people are haveing trouble first thins is that people are say out side the cites it looks foggy and un detailed which is stange because as far as i no i havent changed anything outside. My mod is a house mod so i would have no reason to change the outside. Second problem is that at some point i managed to delete the dark brotherhood door and this door has triggers and all sort attached to it. Susurruss Posted March 19, 2012 Share Posted March 19, 2012 When you set something with the Ignore flag on the details list, you have to close that window, hit okay on the file window, and reload your mod. Once it's reloaded, SAVE IT IMMEDIATELY, and the changes should poof. You'll have to use TesVSnip to remove that reference completely. Although you can use the CK to flag it as ignored, it will still show up as an altered form, which could lead to potential problems in the future. louis118 Posted March 19, 2012 Author Share Posted March 19, 2012 thank you for you response i sorry in advance for bad spelling It seems to be getting worse the more i flag and delete stuff. It gets to a point were i cant even load my mod in the ck basically i some how managed to delete the dark brotherhood door and didnt relize until i released the mod and people tested it. And said they couldnt get access to it any more and people were having trouble talking to a npc related to the dark brotherhood. So i tried to fix the door but it has triggers and all sorts attached to it and i think i just made it worse. The second problem is people were reporting that when they went outside it was all foggy and there was no detail to the landscape. So i checked and it was true i some how managed to edit a world space tamriel and some how got rid of Data\Textures\landscape\mountainslab02.dds and Data\Textures\landscape\mountainslab02_n.dds. I have no idea how this happend so i had to extract skyrim textures and i tried to put these two files back in and i thought i had fixed it cause one person thanked me for fixing the fog problem but now more people are saying thier having the same problem. Im disapointed really because i worked hard and i no im a newb but i dont understand how all that stuff happend.
