Terms and Policies (excerpt):
„Piracy

We have a strict anti-piracy policy and we take a proactive and preemptive stance on anyone who gives us reason to believe is using a pirated version of any game or software. We only support official game versions and users should not provide help to others requesting help with unofficial game versions (e.g. cracked games). If your on-site activities provide us with sufficient evidence that you are a software pirate then you will be instantly banned. If you ask for help with a cracked game then your posts or topics may be set to hidden or deleted, and persisting to ask for help with your cracked copy may result in your account being banned. …“

Unban request
If you launch an unban request, please consider the following before sending your request:

1.
You should read the “Import Information” in the unban request form thoroughly before sending the request. It is one way –you will not be able to converse with the moderation team so put everything you think you need to in to the according fields. If the moderation team decides to keep your account banned you will not hear from us. If you are unbanned then the best way to find out is to keep checking back.

2.
In your case as banned for piracy, you need proof that you purchased a legit version of the game and the DLCs mentioned. To prove ownership of a game you purchased online from Steam, you need to submit a link to your client profile. Your profile should be made public at least temporarily or until the unban appeal is closed. The profile should include/display the list of the games and DLCs you own, especially the game and DLCs you admitted to have run a pirated version. If you have a different username on the game client, you should also add a few words or proof to confirm the identity as the person appealing the ban.
