Very Strange Lighting Bug.

Looking for help with a strange issue with lightning. I've looked up the issue a bunch, but all I can find seems to be about ENBs or, of course, mods that affect lighting.

Basically, the Bannered Mare Inn is exceptionally bright. Like they got floodlights in there or something, I dunno. Wouldn't be too big a deal, but when I go into the inn and leave, now Whiterun is really bright as well, when it wasn't before entering. It's happened in Solitude, as well. It goes away when I leave the interior city, for what that's worth. Originally, I thought this could be due to Purity, as I had installed that at the time.

So, I removed Purity, started a new save just for the hell of it... And the issue returned when I ended up back in Whiterun, as one does.

 

So with that, I'm left a little clueless. If anyone's had this issue and can help, I'd appreciate it. It might just be some simple solution I've missed, but I can't seem to find much on it.

Here be my Load Order, if anyone has any ideas which might be responsible.
