how to reduce load order by combining weapon mods

well i have 265 installed mods and 83 of them are weapons and i want too combine them into a single mod giving that they keep there level lists and to avoid guns that have patch .esp's. i dont care if doing this will require me to make a new game and lose all progress or even have to reinstall fallout 4 i just want to have all these nice pretty guns in my immersive life and since theres an inherent lack of videos and forum topics on this that it makes me hope that this is possible and with some help i can do it myself as long as i have all that i need and im not talking about making a pointless merge pacth that add another esp to my over loaded load order heres all the mods i have, i also want to avoid any weapons that have a stupid installer! so no need to think about any of those.
