Adding Morrowind music to Skyrim

So basically, I'd like to take some of the Morrowind exploration/town/combat tracks and mix them in with the Skyrim ones. Not get rid of the skyrim soundtrack entirely, just have it play tracks from morrowind as well.

 

Anybody know how I could do that? I doubt it's as simple as just putting the music in folders. Do I need to do anything with the CK? like edit the lists of what music to use where?

 

I know people have added music, i just need a quick and dirty run down of how to make it work.
