Creating mods like Skin textures etc.

Hey guys :) anybody here who is experienced with creating mods themselves? I am not experienced at all in modding unfortunaly and therefore I wanted to ask if it is very hard to make stuff like new face textures, hairstyles or clothing for characters yourself and if a beginner like me would be able to do it?

Cause thats what I am interested in and it would be cool if I could coose myself what I wana make and dont have to wait if something comes on the Nexus sometime that I might be interested in if you know what I mean lol

Not so hard if you take an existing face texture and tweak/adjust it

 

 

hairstyles or clothing

Very hard due to limited modding tools possibilities
