Sovnguardian
It looks like I'm the only one that has this glitch, and it looks like everywhere I look, nobody has a fix for it. I just reinstalled the game and the glitch is still there... :huh:All this started when Bethesda launched the Legendary Edition. Damn character mistakes steps for normal terrain and vice-versa. Every time I walk up a hill, he walks as going up stairs (same for going down). Same thing happens in dungeons and it produces statters in first person (in 3rd too sometimes). It's been like this for the past 2 years and it's driving me crazy af, I can't take it anymore!!! I tried with original data files as well as tried cleaning them TES5Edit and LOOT. NOTHING works. I have a feeling that the Dragonborn DLC is the one screwing everything up, but every time I deactivate it in the Data Files, the game refuses to start, CDS' or freezes the computer... Any ideas? I'll add a video as soon as it's uploaded on youtube.P.S. I tried the USP too, same result
Grospolina
Checklist:Is your FPS limited to 60? Going over that can cause jerky movement and weird physics. Are you using a custom skeleton? I highly recommend XP32 Maximum Skeleton Extended - XPMSE over any other skeleton. Bad skeletons can cause all sorts of weird movement and animation issues. Make sure it overwrites all files and be sure to run FNIS with the "SKELETON Arm Fix".Are you using an ENB? Try disabling it (Shift+F12) to see if there's any difference. Can you post your modlist? Are you using NMM or MO?
Sovnguardian
No, I don't use any Skeleton or FPS limits or ENB or anything else. And I just made a clean install with only base game, no other mods. Still the same... I'm still converting the video and I'll edit the first post and ad the link once it's ready ;) Edited December 17, 2017 by Sovnguardian
Grospolina
If your FPS isn't limited, then you can try turning on VSync.
Sovnguardian
How can that make a difference between walking and "climbing"? Here's the video...
