Do you know how to load into skyrim with mods disabled and not receive a corrupt load message?
The problem is when I continue with a save point after I disabled the mods it wouldn't load correctly as it would be corrupt file because the mods arnt loading from when I last saved.
Hmmm does that make sense?

Cheers

I am referring to experience I made the hard way and recommendations on the site and mod pages on the site:

It is generally not recommended to remove or uninstall mods containing an esp or esm, the more less mods that contain script files, mid game and continue playing.

Everytime you deactivate a mod containing an esp or esm the game will warn you that the save you want to load relies on an esp or esm that is missing.

Especially, if a mod contains script files like eg. iNEED food, those mod and script information are embedded in every game save you make after you had installed such mods. These data will stay in your game save although you uninstalled the mod, load the game and make a new save. You actually cannot create such thing like a "clean save". Sooner or later the game will get unstable and tend to crash at certain points/stages.

Not sure, whether game save cleaners availabe on Nexus might solve that – have not tried out them myself so far.
You might test yourself, if any issues occur with a game save you had made before you installed the mods you mentioned. After you deactivated or uninstalled the mods you mentioned, load a game save you had made before you installed/used such mods – a game save that never has been touched with such mods …. Sure, that might throw you back very far in your game ...

That issue in general is due to the game or Beth games as uninstallation of such mods is not supported.
