Reinstalling does not solve Problems

I have a big problem. My game is modded very much... but i had no problems to play with many mods...

But then, i did the following nearly AT ONCE, before starting a new game. So that i can not say,

which action has destroyed the game:

*Installed the ATI TrayTools (no Mod), *installed RCRN V3 (Realistc Colors... selfinstaller), *i have compressed the textures with a mod-program, *possibly changed the enb-files before running the game, PS:the game showed me ENB as graphic-adapter in the options-menu...

SO: when i started next, the game wasn't showing any textures (it looked something like pre-rendered or so)... and there was shown a line, from one corner of the monitor, to the opposite one... and there was a extreme blur effect, all over the picture... (some enb's crashed the game aprupt, some not)... SOOO...

...i de(re)installed skyrim in the normal way, in steam... -> not working

...i de(re)installed it, and deleted the app-folder... -> not working

...i did the same and searched for the reg-files... -> -"-

...i took of the motherboard-battery to clean the v-ram -> now, textures are shown, but i am unable to load any savegame (including new made saves)

My next step will be, to deinstall steam (and the orderlist), skyrim, the datafolders(with mods) and all of the reg-files, and make a ccleaner-run... then make a FULLY new INSTALLATION of steam and the game...

We will see if it works...

And, when somome could give me a tipp, what i should do next, if it doesn't work???

PLEASE!!

And thanks for every answer!!!
