Proximitus Posted March 19, 2012 Share Posted March 19, 2012 I've loaded a normal Ebony Helmet into 3dsmax, with the skeleton.nif file from skyrim. Then I deleted some polygons from the helmet (The faceguard to be precise). After that, I've exported it as a .nif file and changed some things (Body dismemberment from head to hair, etc) Then I changed my .esp file to make sure the helmet acted sort of like a hide helmet (That is covers up the hair and circlet, not the whole head). After I did that, I started the game, only to see this! http://img571.imageshack.us/img571/7201/screenshot16kj.png Can someone tell me what I did wrong?
