Modding Possibility question.

Metal Gear Solid V mods have been getting very good, it seems that the possibilities are becoming endless. We have new side ops, custom made faces like Solid Snake, Infinite Heaven that allows you to customize your experience to how you like it. Maybe one day we will one day create files instead of replacing them but I digress.

My question is. Is it possible to replace soldier dialog both in game for playing DD staff or attacking DD staff. To something completely custom made. So where as someone else could voice act some dialog.
For example when you stick up a DD soldier using the infinite heaven mod. They will say something like "I don't want to die." or "D-don't shoot." is it possible to completely replace their dialog with someone else like another voice actor?

Now if this is possible, I know a guy, a couple people actually who can voice act. If you like I can get them to send custom dialog to experiment with this idea. We could do something funny like Arnold Soldiers, or something more serious. If something like this is possible, let me know if I can help.

It is possible albeit with some restrictions. The Multi Quiet Player Mod uses some modified voice clips.

 

I think there's only one voice clip for the interrogation dialogue though. So the soldier would probably end up saying the same thing over and over again.
