Did you also adjust the "iPreloadSizeLimit="? You might also want to adjust "uExterior Cell Buffer=" to be between 64 and 80, it'll allow more cells to be used. Grids to load might have been liited by that. This is in the .ini located in the Mydocuments folder, and NOT the one located in your Oblivion program directory right?

 

These changes should be used in conjunction with a better detail LOD mod, with full distant trees, objects. The standard LODs will look blurred no matter what. You might also want to search for the Almost Everything Visible When Distant mod. This will make some of the more noticable things like bridges, large rocks, ruins show up from far away.

 

No matter what, you won't be able to get it perfect, there will always be some point where things become blurred out. At best, all you can do is minimize the effect.

It is the .ini file in the my docs and after playing with a few more of the settings iv got it to look a lot better, I'm going to dl the every thing visible mod and see how well it runs ill get back to you on it.

:thanks: For all the help with this it was getting to the stage where I almost didn't want to play any more because of this.
