Game overwrites same save files. No multiple saves.

Hi Guys.

 

Okay so I've been using Mod Organizer for a while now, and my main character has a problem with the save files. When I originally set up MO, I copied the save games from my Skyrim saves folder, to my profile folder in MO. This was one of the suggested ways of handling saves in the Gopher Profiles guide. However, there are no new saves created. The game seems to just overwrite those copied save files. The auto, and quicksave are current. The only other saves are the ones I originally copied.

 

This has now caused a major problem. Though managable in the past, I've now got the problem that all my recent saves have become bugged. After messing around with my mods. They will no longer load.

 

I was at level 19, when I first copied them across. I'm now level 44, and I DON'T fancy playing through all those levels again.

 

Any ideas guys?

Anyone encountered this problem before? It's making it impossible to revert to an old save, as they don't exist.
