  • Dragon Blood
  • House Decorations - Plants and Flowers
  • and ofc: T3nd0s Skyrim Redone (but I know that will proberbly never happen :,( )

These are the mods I miss the most from my "oldrim" modlist that have not yet been ported.

if anyone have knowledge of the plans for these mods to be ported I would love to hear about it.

  • 3 months later...

the thing about porting is that you need permissions from the authors

the author of this mod House Decorations - plants and Flowers

doesn't require permissions so i can do this one :D

as for dragon blood the author doesn't allow convert or upload and he's not active anymore

( you should contact the care taker on this one )

Immersive beds the author is active i contacted him and asked for permission to port, will see how it goes :D

House Decorations - Plants and Flowers works in SE - just make sure you use .nif optimizer on it first.

Placing the objects isnt as crazy as their little tutorial... ingame when it prompts you E to pick up item... press and hold E for a few seconds then you should be able to move your mouse around dragging the objects.

I'd advise on checking the "POSTS" tab on the mods you want ported... as people may already have noted if it works in SE and what/how to do it.

@sakora

Thank you for the tip..........and maybe now is the time to come clean..... :ermm:

I dont really know what .nif is.

my knowledge is restricted to downloading and loadorder and that is only because some brilliant you-tuber made some videos on how to do that.

......... and sadly the kids and grandkids lost interest in games like Skyrim long time ago so not so much help there anymore :), but now I know what to ask them about next time I see them.

nifscope is a modding tool used to retexture items I believe and blender is used to create new items. I may have this the wrong way around. oldrim assets need to be run through nifscope to make them compatible with SE. There are some tutorials available on YouTube should you need them
