dubiousintent
First, a couple of things about that "load order": * Not sure that "load order" is sorted correctly (unfamiliar ESP files mixed in with ESMs). Download LOOT (it's linked in the "How to ask for help" article) and install it manually to the game root folder (i.e. "<install path>\Fallout New Vegas"). Read the documentation, but copy your LO into a list suitable for posting on forums. (The command to copy this list to your clipboard is under the ":" with three dots to the extreme right in it's menu bar.) Then just click on the "green bar" icon (SpecialBBcode) in the top row of the "Reply to this topic" page, select "spoiler tag", and paste the list from your clipboard in between the "spoiler" tags in the body of the post. Most "mod managers" have a similar "LO List" capability, but you will have to read their tutorials to work that out for yourself. * Move any "inactive" plugins out of the game "Data" folder. They count against the "plugin cap" because they get loaded by the game engine if found, and can cause "Missing Master" problems. Please see the wiki "Missing Masters" article if you get that error message.* "Compatibility patches" to make one mod work with another need to be placed after (as in "physically lower, higher numbered") in the "load order" than both of the plugins they are designed to make compatible. ESMs should always be placed at the top (lowest numbered) positions in the "load order", followed by the related ESPs though they can be separated from their ESMs by other plugins. LOOT does a good job of determining those basic orders. Getting the "load order" incorrect will cause "Missing Master" errors as well.* Don't install compatibility patches for mods you do not have installed/active (e.g. get rid of any "TTW" patches if you aren't running TTW).* Don't install every optional file for a mod. Read the install instructions carefully. Optional files need to be selected on a "case by case" basis. For example: with any mod you usually only need one ESP (and possibly one ESM) "base" file depending upon whether you have all the DLCs active or not. Only if you don't have them all active do you need to install any specific DLC versions if there is an "Ultimate Edition/All/Merged DLC" version. * Do not use an "Auto-purge" mod for game play. (That was old advice from before we knew better.) They are designed for debugging by mod creator's only, according to the author of the JIP extensions to NVSE. See the 'Issue: CTD without warning, "Out of Memory error", or stops responding after the Main Menu', "Cause-2", "Solution-3" entry in the wiki "Fallout NV Mod Conflict Troubleshooting" guide for the game settings that do the same job. Then: Are you using the 4GB Patcher? If not, please see the 'Maximizing use of memory' section of the wiki "FNV General Mod Use Advice" article. Finally: Please see the 'Solutions to Post-Processor (ENB/SweetFX et. al.) problems' section in the wiki "Fallout NV Mod Conflict Troubleshooting" guide. In particular you seem to have the 'Issue: ENB Blur', and a VSync problem. -Dubious-
Roman88
Ok thank you for the advices for posting the load order. The load order i posted before was from FOMM, but after using loot. I mean i always had load order decided by loot., that´s why i kept that load order with esps so high up. Here´s the new load order without inactive plugins (except fco that i don´t know if its good to remove at all, thats why i kept it disabled, in his install instructions the author said that is needed for installation but not for gameplay): 0 0 FalloutNV.esm1 1 DeadMoney.esm2 2 HonestHearts.esm3 3 OldWorldBlues.esm4 4 LonesomeRoad.esm5 5 GunRunnersArsenal.esm6 6 ClassicPack.esm7 7 MercenaryPack.esm8 8 TribalPack.esm9 9 CaravanPack.esm10 a YUP - Base Game + All DLC.esm11 b oHUD.esm12 c Advanced Recon Tech.esm13 d YUP ESP - Juego Original + Todos los DLCs.esm14 e Interior Lighting Overhaul - Core.esm15 f New Vegas Redesigned 3.esm16 10 ELECTRO-CITY - CompletedWorkorders.esm17 11 NevadaSkies.esm18 12 ELECTRO-CITY - Highways and Byways.esm19 13 WMR.esmFCOMaster.esm20 14 Gomorrah Redesigned v2.esp21 15 Bitter Springs Redesigned.esp22 16 Casa Madrid Redesigned.esp23 17 Project Nevada - Core.esm24 18 Project Nevada - Equipment.esm25 19 Project Nevada - Rebalance.esp26 1a CFWNV.esm27 1b Project Nevada - Cyberware.esp28 1c Brahmin Bess.esm29 1d Project Nevada - Extra Options.esm30 1e Interior Lighting Overhaul - L38PS.esm31 1f YUP - NPC Fixes (Base Game + All DLC).esp32 20 Advanced Recon Tech.esp33 21 Advanced Recon Gear.esp34 22 Advanced Recon Gear - Project Nevada.esp35 23 DarNifiedUINV.esp36 24 WMR_OldWorldBlues_R.esp37 25 WMR_Vanilla_R.esp38 26 WMR_DeadMoney_R.esp39 27 WMR_GunRunnersArsenal_R.esp40 28 WMR_HonestHearts_R.esp41 29 WMR_LonesomeRoad_R.esp42 2a Project Nevada - Rebalance Complete.esp43 2b Project Nevada - All DLC.esp44 2c EVE FNV - ALL DLC.esp45 2d Vurt's WFO.esp46 2e New Vegas Redesigned 3.esp47 2f YUP ESP - Correcciones para los PNJ (Juego Original + Todos los DLCs).esp48 30 WeaponModsExpanded.esp49 31 WMX-DLCMerged.esp50 32 WMR_WMX_Vanilla_R.esp51 33 IMPACT.esp52 34 YUP - Complete.esp53 35 WMX-GunRunnersArsenal.esp54 36 WMR_WMX_GunRunnersArsenal_R.esp55 37 WMX-OldWorldBlues.esp56 38 WMR_WMX_OldWorldBlues_R.esp57 39 IMPACT - AllDLC.esp58 3a WMX-LonesomeRoad.esp59 3b WMX-HonestHearts.esp60 3c WMR_WMX_LonesomeRoad_R.esp61 3d WMR_WMX_HonestHearts_R.esp62 3e WMX-EVE-AllDLC.esp63 3f WMX-ModernWeapons.esp64 40 WMX-MW-GRA.esp65 41 WMX-POPMerged.esp66 42 IMPACT-WMX-POPMerged.esp67 43 IMPACT-POPMerged.esp68 44 IMPACT-WMX-ModernWeapons.esp69 45 IMPACT-WMX.esp70 46 Project Nevada - Med-X Fix.esp71 47 1nivVSLArmors.esp72 48 Merged Patch.esp73 49 Project Nevada - WMX.esp74 4a Project Nevada - IMPACT.esp75 4b IMPACT-WMX-DLCMerged.esp76 4c Project Nevada - EVE All DLC.esp77 4d FarmingSomebodyNotBob.esp78 4e FarmingSomebodyNotBobEasier.esp79 4f bzArmour.esp80 50 1nivPNSLPatch.esp81 51 Scrap Metal to RTS.esp82 52 FarmingSomebodyNotBobHH.esp83 53 CFW-DLC.esp84 54 IMPACT-CFWNV.esp85 55 IMPACT-CFW-DLC.esp86 56 WMX-ArenovalisTextures.esp87 57 Project Nevada - Cyberware Additions.esp88 58 The Weapon Mod Menu.esp89 59 JIP Companions Command & Control.esp90 5a ILO - Nevada Skies Patch.esp91 5b ILO - YUP Patch.esp92 5c The Mod Configuration Menu.esp93 5d CASM with MCM.esp94 5e Interior Lighting Overhaul - Ultimate Edition.esp95 5f NevadaSkies - Ultimate DLC Edition.esp I also did the purge cell things in the 3 ini´s and removed zan auto purge. I also have the latest 4gb patcher installed. And finally, the important thing my blinking textures around my first person mode are gone, by disabling dynavision 3, but it seems to have another little bug, that is not a problem for me to play but i will fix it if i know how it can be fixed. This is a new video so you can understand me (my english isn´t very good, sorry): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=s7lDa9iHYwU Apart from that i have a little issue with bison steve hotel completely dark outside when it´s raining. I didn´t play almost nothing since i had the first bug so i dont know if there are more buildings with that shadow. I tried to tweak the lightning in enbseries.ini but nothing seem to fix that. On the ohter hand, i´m going to read the enb blur issue, thanks for the link and thanks for the help. Oh i added CASH with MCM because of possibly corrupting saves in the future. dubiousintent
Sorry, but I'm not clear as to what I'm supposed to see that is a bug in that video. Unless that "click" sound was supposed to be "lightning"? If so, can't help with that. (I don't use weather or lighting mods myself.) Searching online turned up the suggestion to "Turn Specular Effects ON". Also: Do you happen to have the perk called "Friend of the Night"? It makes your eyes adapt to low light conditions, but it's completely broken with ILO. Get rid of the perk by using the console command: player.removeperk 00165118 The light level when it is raining in any particular area is controlled by the weather mod. Various areas of the Mojave have different lighting effects. The mod author makes choices for each area. When you combine mods (such as a weather mod and the "Bison Steve Hotel" mod), they can have a "record level" conflict, which requires a "merge patch file" to resolve; otherwise only the later loading mod "wins" the plugin conflict. (Please see the 'Third Rule: The Rule of One' and 'Merge Patch File' sections of the wiki "FNV General Mod Use Advice" article.) However, there are known conflicts between ILO and "Nevada Skies". If any of the above suggestions do fix your problem, please do let me know which so I can update the "Troubleshooting" guide. -Dubious-
Roman88
The bug i was refering to is like a vertical distorsion in some angles being more obvious in the aim´s pistol green lights when my character is turning to the right (in that video). On the other hand i don´t have any "bison hotel" mod or night perk eye, i think, but i will check that perk just in case. I have a question about v-sync, i have it enabled in game launcher and i have the fps limit in 60 in enblocal, also i enabled it through nvidia control panel but i think isn´t working, i have like very tiny and horizontal black bars or stripes in the screen that i can see better when i very close to objects, npcs, etc. Finally, Is it normal that am i able to see distant objects through the streetlight´s light? I see them like with a white muted filter color. Thanks, i will look the turn specular effects on.
dubiousintent
That "vertical distortion" is more likely related to your V-Sync question. Please see the 'Issue: Vsync (V-Sync) ON or OFF' entry in the "Troubleshooting"" guide. FYI: It is important to tell people when you are using a "post-processor" such as ENB. That is not typically assumed and does affect how things are displayed. I believe you will be more effective to limit FPS to 60 in the game INI files rather than in ENBLocal.ini. That's the limit the game is designed for, while ENB doesn't impact it until after the game engine has passed everything through the video card. See 'Cause-1' in the 'Issue: Game in slow motion' entry of the "Troubleshooting" guide. For the "streetlight transparency", see the 'Issue: ENB Transparency/Translucency problem' entry under the 'Solutions to Post-Processor (ENB/SweetFX et. al.) problems' section in the wiki "Fallout NV Mod Conflict Troubleshooting" guide. -Dubious- Edited December 24, 2017 by dubiousintent
Roman88
Very nice, thanks, i could deactivate v-sync at last. I desactivated antrisotopic filtering in the ini files like the guide shows but i did it too in enb settings, is correct doing it in enb settings too or enb should force it to work properly? About the streetlights i think is gone i can barely see distant objects but at least the lights are nicer, more yellow like it should be: http://imgur.com/E6NojMV, http://imgur.com/zlOnGGq. Finally without detailed shadows would be the same look of shadows or will disappear, i mean i thing good shadows for enb is one thing that make textures look nicer. But whatever, a bunch of thanks, now is very playable.
dubiousintent
In general you want the same setting in any related component (such as the game INI files and ENBLocal.INI) to be the same. Otherwise you are sending "mixed signals" and confusing the "very literal but stupid" computer as to what you really want. -Dubious-
