Can't get Enhanced Hotkeys to Work

So yeah, I have the mod installed ( I think, there was no install guide )

But I cant seem to get the hotkey menu to come up, when I press anything 1-8 in the menu, it brings up a thing that says

"Hotkey 2" and is just stuck on the 2 hotkey.

 

When I try to shot the mod off, it makes all the menus and ui messed up and pulls them to the center of the screen.

 

Does anyone know how to make the mod work?

It says I need to get MenuQue, but when I install MenuQue, it starts messing with the UI and making it all go to the center.

 

I wish I could take screenshots but for some reason when I do in game it doesnt work.

It basically shows the hotkey wheel ( the old one ) with the word hotkey 2 over it, and one time it said " you must hold the hotkey down for a shorter time"

I think it is assuming I have 2 held down for some reason.

 

Edit: The UI/Resolution problem seems to have stopped no matter what I do

 

Edit 2: I tried to uninstall it, I even did the extra steps they told me too, but now my hotkeys are not working at all....

In fact I may have found the issue because my oblivion.ini folder hadnt been changed aparently, the quickbind1-8 were still the defaults, yet now I cannot get any hotkeys to work.
