Exterior light for day and night time Problem

Hey guys ... I'm having trouble with exterior light for day and night time.It is not immersive at all to see lantern,torch and all other lighting object burning all the time.

When I use "Expand Towns and Cities".....I see every light source stay active all the time...So try to fix it with "Expand Towns and Cities Automatic Timed Exterior"....

But it don't work....It just remove all light effect from every source of that mod ... even in night I can only see lantern fire burning but no shade of light and effect at all.. :sad:

Now I'm using Jk's Skyrim (All file Installed) but ... those light source are the main problem for me right now.....and I don't know any way to fix it ... :sad:

So if you guys know anything about this exterior light fix with or without Jk's Skyrim ..... Please HELP!!!! :sweat: :smile:
