Remove requierements from "Dragon Age Class and Specialization Pack"

It's really annoying...I need to put points in things I don't like just so I can get a cool skill. totally breaks the flow of the game.

 

I want each character to have access to all specializations when I start the game. If this works with already saved game,even better...
