Mod Editor and Clothing

Hey guys :)

So the thing is this: I'm very interested in new outfit mods. Lately, I wrote on Nexus with Roksa, a modder who created, among others, the mods "Stylish Yen" and "Stylish Triss", which gives the two characters new clothes and Yen a new hairstyle. I then asked him how he was able to create new clothes and add them to the game and that I would like to do that as well, whereupon he just said that he does not create anything new and that all the things he uses are already existent in the game and that he only somehow changes it (if that makes any sense to you). So now my question is if you know how to view these ressources, put them onto a new character like Yen, and save it as a mod, so she'll wear those new clothes whenever I want to? I hope my question is understandable and that sb can help me.

Basically what roksa does is use Sarcens Modeditor which you can download from cdpr forums to edit the files for clothes and hair and points them to be loaded by either triss, ciri or yen.

Could you please describe in a more detail how can you do it? I've got the Mod Editor but I can't figure out how to change clothes for certain characters.
