Fallout 4 does some loading while in game(not loading screen)

I have some sort of a bug when my game freezes and shows loading sign multiple times in game(mostly in Boston and Lexington).

It went away after I uninstalled Beantown Interiors Project

Yes, I use Loot and here are my specs: core i7-5960x, gtx titan x(not pascal), 64 gb ram 2x3tb hdd
