Unique Player Outfits

I assume it's never been done, and still can't be done, but I can't help but wish that outfits could be tailored to a unique player bodyshape -- as it stands, if I do this, say with bodyslide, everyone else wearing this outfit will look like they have my same bodyshape regardless of what their "naked" shape looks like.
The unique player mod doesn't fix this apparently, it's useful for textures and such but doesn't affect outfits sadly.
I've done a lot of searching but I haven't found a perfect solution yet, at least, certainly not a simple solution like "click this mod in NMM"
