LE Simple Mod Idea but I suck at NifSkope

Hi, I was wondering if someone could put the lich bone collar from HeiroftheSeptim's mod "Path of the Revenant" onto the clothing male black tribunal robes from Zairaam's and Natterforme's mod "Tribunal Robes and Masks" . . . I mean the mantle on the robes is bare and just asking to have that bone collar added to it :)

 

I know it's probably horribly simple, but I've tried and am hopeless in NifSkope
