"Interested in me, are you?" not appearing on certain NPCs using the RDO Mod even after console use

Hello there. I am currently experiencing an issue and I felt a patch or a script fix is necessary .

I am using the Relationship Dialogue Overhaul. I wanted to marry an Kharjo as an voiced spouse. However, even changing the settings in Relationship Dialogue Overhaul and using the console commands, it's still hasn't giving me an "Interested in me, are you?" option.

I also tried to marry Lucas from the NK Followers mod even through he's marriageable. But It's giving me the same problem.

The Khajiit Marriage And Follower Mod works, but there mostly no voice lines through. For example, when I purpose to Kharjo, it is not voiced.
There also another marriage mod that I wanted to use but it's only on the PS4: https://bethesda.net/en/mods/skyrim/mod-detail/4035927
I also wanted to try the Talkative Khajiit Spouses mod. But it have been removed and the mod owner seems to be no longer active.
Does anyone have luck marrying Kharjo or other Khajiits using the Relationship Dialogue Overhaul? Is there an actual fix to the problem? Should I just start a new game or install the files? Or does it need a patch? Please let me know!

If you are currently married, you must "divorce" your spouse and reset the marriage quest. You must also take off the bond of matrimony ring and acquire an Amulet of Mara. From your description it sounds like maybe you have already done this, but I'll post what I know about resetting the marriage questline. I don't know if it is the same for Kahjiit characters, but it should be.

Open the console and type the following:

removefac 51596

player.removefac c6472

resetquest 74793

resetquest 21382

setstage 74793 10

This will divorce you from your current spouse and rest the courting questline. Now you must don the Amulet of Mara to trigger the marriage dialogs. If you want force an NPC to be available for marriage, then target the NPC and type the following in the console:

setrelationshiprank player 4

addfac 19809 1

This should open the dialog option of "Interested in me, are you?" If it doesn't trigger right away, go away and come back in 24 hours and approach the character again. This may not work on some NPCs, but should work on most and will get you married. If you want to have interesting conversations with your spouse, you will most certainly need a mod for that. As you know, Skyrim marriages are a joke at best, and suck the big one.
