Can't sleep - enemies nearby

As the subject line says: Is there any way to adjust the distance at which the game detects enemies and therefore won't let me sleep\wait? I'm finding this annoying as hell because 90% of the time, the "enemy" whose presence is holding my bedtime hostage is a rabbit or something. The game counts non-hostile wildlife as enemies when it makes the calculation on whether there's anything nearby. I looked for a mod to fix this but couldn't find one, and I'm wondering if there's a console command or setting in the ini that I can tweak.

Edit: Just to be clear, I'm not looking for a way to prevent non-hostiles from being considered enemies -- I just want a way to decrease the radius that the game looks at for enemies, so that the presence of a rabbit four cells away isn't stopping me from sleeping.
