acealeam
I'd like to make the perks Deep Freeze, Disintegrate and Intense flames actually useful. On the wiki I can't seem to find any simple tutorials to mod the perks though, nor a category that would go under that. Any help appreciated. and I'm not requesting a mod, just asking if I can get some pointers. Also, I know Lua, which fortunately seems to be rather close to Papyrus so, I'm not completely in the dark. In the creation kit, go to the character drop down menu at the top and then click on actor values from there, hit the perks button. That should get you started. Thanks, still gotta search around the wiki for some basics though..
acealeam
Are there any better tutorials for this? The only scripting tutorials have to do with a quest about killing a theif, which would be completely irrelevant.

Because that seems to only open up a picture or 0, 25, 50, 75, 100, or the skill checkpoints.
SinderionsBones
he just forgot a step I think, after you open up the actor value menu, you click on the skill for which you want to edit the perk tree. so Marksman skill, or block skill, then use the perk button. These will have filled out perk trees associated with them.

It should show you a form with boxes linked by lines. From there you can click the boxes to edit the actual perks. Or, go to "all" in the object window and filter for the specific perk you want. Either way.
acealeam
I'm probably the biggest idiot, but please can you be more specific? What button? Nothing appears on the box with lines... http://i39.tinypic.com/2qamk2r.png
