Deadly Dragons Custom Items

I downloaded DD and after the proper installation I started spotting dragons of other variations, as usual. The thing is, although the texture is shown and the items are available to craft using the Forge, I can't drop any of the new items, such as the alchemy ingredients, dragon-slayer's tokens, soul shards, etc. I know they are loaded along with Skyrim because I can use console commands to obtain them. So far I killed an Elder Dragon and a Nether Dragon, but none of those dropped anything custom, only bones, scales, generic weapons and armor, the vanilla loot. I can't always use the console, as the whole thing loses its purpose (also I don't know everything that could drop.) Did anyone have any issues like that?

EDIT: Solved the problem by updating my files and reloading an older save.

Here's a list of the mods I have installed:

Realistic Lighting.esp

Realistic Lighting Patcher.esp

StaticMeshImprovementMod.esp

Cloaks.esp

DeadlyDragons.esp

DeadlyDragonsEF.esp

Now that I thought about it, Cloaks creates new items too, maybe the two are conflicting?

How should I do the merging you said?

Thanks already.

The drop chance for the mod is just really low as far as I can tell. I've killed like 10, so far only items I've gotten is one pair of gauntlets. But I usually get other stuff such as soul shards and whatnot, kill a few more and see if you get anything. If there is a conflict, the tool Wrye Bash mentioned above will help you out. But I don't think the cloak mod affects the dragon droplists.

Well, I'm not getting anything at all. I installed Wrye Bash but there was no chance in hell that I could make it work, apparently there's a conflict with my native OS language, Portuguese. I'll need to set the Local AppData folder manually, but I have no clue on how to do that. It seems that I won't be looting the custom stuff soon. If anyone know where I can get that specific info on Wrye Bash I'll appreciate the help.
