Gliches In Skyrim

So i have two big problems with my skyrim, one of which is that when combat starts, all npcs and myself take damage for some odd reason, a blue tint is put over my character for a split second, like the icey one from wet and cold, i was wondering if anyone knows of this issue.

 

The next one is an odd one, when when performing an animation, or falling down, the camera will then hover above my character in a fixed position, this happens when i either in 1st or 3rd person. If anyone has an inkling to why this happens please let me know.

The closest thing i have to that would be Wildcat, i have my load order up now too, but now i haven.t used combat fatigue in a while, nor on this save.

Hmm, I would first go to Imperious - Races of Skyrim.esp, I know it applies buffs to certain races in certain circumstances.
I don't use it myself so I couldn't say for sure.

That's a lot of mods.

I've got a suggestion, download MatorSmash and then find the GamerPoets video on it's use. It could resolve any conflict you're having.

When you've done that load a vanilla save, you can find many on the nexus, and see if the problem persists.

What you could also do is find out what effect is being applied to the NPC via the console and by that figure out which mod is causing it.
I don't know the commands but I'm fairly certain it would be possible, maybe somebody else could help there or google a bit more than I have

My bet is Imperious - Races of Skyrim.esp is conflicting with something.

Also wasn't the brawl bug incorporated into the unofficial legendary patch? Clarify that, I could be wrong

As you said, it was Imperious, although it wasn't a conflict it was just the Serpent Stones new ability when added with being a breton who gets additional effects.

 

All thats left is the camera issue, one thing i noticed was that it came along when i added Campfires.

Great.

You could try and use Enhanced Camera or a similar mod, in their ini files here'll be an options to disable forcing 3rd person animations, it kinda works for me but really not, I've got the same problem and I think the source is combat fatigue, however I do have campfires too so if you figure it out let me know, I'll do the same.

Maybe try messing with the animation options within campfires, I'll try it next time I'm working on it.
