Ok so since the update to 1.5 my plugin broke I found if I converted it to a master file it works fine all but, when I load it all the terrain doesn't update or display right. Where I redid the terrain and deleted items like trees doesn't show changed. I am loading it as the last master to load. I tried making a esp with the terrain data using tesnip but, I found the error that broke my plugin to be in the world space cells they are in the master not sure why they are not loading any help please.

P.s I used tesnip to convert my esp to esm

you cannot use tesnip. You have to use FO3Edit for it to come out right. In order to use FO3Edit, you need to have Fallout 3 installed.

This is what i read elsewhere. Hope it helps.

I will try that

yeah, those programs work, but there are compatiability issues with a couple of them. For instance, they don't flag the file as an Override file, so when another mod is loaded that would edit an or object in skyrim that you edited by accident or on purpose, the game will crash to desktop. So people who use multiple mods and your own would experience this if your mod and another mod they use edit the same location.

I also heard that these other programs do not export exterior terrain perfectly. I'm just passing along info I've read about these other programs, which is why people were recommending FO3Edit because it didn't have these issues. Good luck.

If I am reading this right, people are giving you advice about programs to convert an ESP into an esm. Wrye Bash is the simplest way I have found to do that. In any case, somebody please correct me if I am wrong, but an esm is not going to wrk to modify the landscape as it will not change objects in another esm. ESM files only add objects. At least that is my experience. You have to do your landscaping in an ESP and load it after you load the ESM. The problem I am having is what happens to the navmesh. If an ESM won't actually modify the existing navmesh, that probably needs to be in the ESP as well.
