[HELP] I keep receiving CTDs without even messing with my load order

I've been playing for about two weeks now and gave it a two day break it loads up fine and you get to the main menu. No problem but whenever i load a save it will CTD I have no idea why and i haven't messed with my load order at all although that might be the cause. I really dont want to start over

I also tried using Crash fixes, SSME, ENBOOST, Safety load and Load game CTD fix and nothing worked

First of all, you have 299 plugins, and the limit is 255. Let's try to reduce that:

• You're using two lighting mods: RLO and ELFX. Choose only one.
• You can probably disable ClimatesOfTamriel-Interiors-Warm.esp if you're using a lighting mod.
• If you install aMidianBorn Content Addon, then you can disable AMB Glass Variants.esp, Differently Ebony.esp and aMidianborn_Skyforge_Weapons.esp.
• RaceMenu and Enhanced Character Editor don't like each other. Also, Character Making Extender is already integrated into RaceMenu.
• You can disable ELFX - Weathers.esp since you're using Climates of Tamriel. Apparently you can use them together, but CoT has way more weathers so it's kind of pointless.
• Ultimate Follower Overhaul is somewhat unstable. You can replace it with Extensible Follower Framework, Immersive Amazing Follower Tweaks or Follower Live Package. If you currently have followers, there is an uninstall procedure for UFO (in the mod description). Also, remember to disable HothFollower UFO Patch.esp and RDO - UFO v1.2i Patch.esp.
• If you install Bijin AIO, then you can disable Bijin Warmaidens.esp, Bijin Wives.esp and Bijin NPCs.esp. Keep the files though.
• Since you have Modern Brawl Bugs Fix, you can uninstall Brawl Bugs CE.
• Since you're using Complete Crafting Overhaul Remade, you can disable Dr_Bandolier.esp, Cloaks.esp and Cloaks - Dawnguard.esp. Enable them in the MCM for CCOR.
• Since you're using CCOR and SIC, you need CCO Compatibility Patch for Skyrim Immersive Creatures (bottom).
• You should use GrassOnSteroids_NaturalEdition_SFO.esp OR Grass_On_Steroids_SFO.esp, not both.
• You definitely need to make a Bashed Patch, or you're going to have missing items. This can help merge some mods too.
• You can change the crime report radius in the Tweak Settings section of the Bashed Patch, so you can disable Realistic crime report radius.esp afterwards.
• Please read all mod descriptions and look for sticky posts in the Posts section of each mod.

Whew! I've probably missed some things too. You'll have to decide what else to get rid of. To save more plugin space, you could also merge some mods together.
