I seem to be the only one having trouble adding a duration to health potions?

Okay, so i know there are other mods that add a duration to health potions i.e. health potions heal for 5 points over 5 seconds instead of 25 all at once. But

 

when i try to do this in the creation kit, i cant modify the duration of the "restore health" effect. I tried searching the forums and doing my best to google it, but

 

no luck, so i am starting a new thread hoping someone has some insight on this. I think my creation kit might just be messed up, because this seems like it should be easy enough.

 

Any thoughts?
