1H weapon base damage same as bottom screen real damage

Wonder If anyone has had this issue? my last character was an archer and the bow damage shown on the bow then shown on the bottom of the screen was different - because of all the multipliers in the archery perk.

But now im playing an assassin and my weapon damage is the same as the number shown under the actual weapon. I have 2 perks in Armsmen so it should be 40% higher no?

Modwise in using Sky UI, Jaysus swords, balanced magic, Weapon and armor fixes by headbomb and a variety of purely texture mods.
