game freezes during combat

so my games freezes for 1 sec during combat sometimes, it's random and it freezes when i equip and and unequip weapons. This is my load order:

Make sure you patched it with dualsheathreduxpatcher.exe and are using a bashed patch.

I know you tracked down your problem to DSR, but there are some other things that you may want to take a look at:

• Since you're using NLVA, disable Vivid Weathers.esp but keep the rest of the Vivid Weathers files (i.e. only disable it on the Plugin page).
• Since you're using Natural Lighting Vivid Atmospherics TS.esp, disable Natural Lighting Vivid Atmospherics.esp.
• You're using Ultimate Combat, Combat Evolved and Wildcat together. While not strictly incompatible, Wildcat will overwrite a lot of Combat Evolved. Please see the mod description pages and adjust your load order if needed.
• Helmet Toggle is buggy and I recommend getting rid of it. It often "forgets" the hidden state of a helmet and it can make a helmet's stats useless.
• Since you're using Verdant, make sure you've adjusted Skyrim.ini as recommended on the description page.
