Characters are mute and not moving.

Hello,

I am new to Skyrim and I'm suffering from an issue with mod organizer, whenever I install any single mod the dialogue doesn't work at the opening scene and then the carriages stops forever at a certain place in Helgen, I've returned to the vanilla the issue got fixed and saved my game in the middle of the first mission inside the tower, when I activate any mod all Npc's stops and they are not doing any thing.

Any solutions ?
