Geonox
you need 3d max to create a nif file but I thought that there were also other programs which can create nif files I thought. About the animation you'll need to ad the animation to your character so if you have made a new creature you will need to add all the animations in 3d max to the creature. It's almost the same as making a talking animation for a head. The other thing you could do is make a diped character with 3d max and make the animation on that one and export it as a .kf file I though (never tried it but mabey it will work). Then import the .kf file. I thought you can import it by double clicking on a character uhh then animation and I thought there was an add animation file but I don't know that for sure so I should say try it and see if it works B)
Marxist ßastard
...You can only add animation files to creatures, activators, and the like -- NPCs cannot recieve new animations.
